Before making pumpkin bread pudding I looked at a lot of different recipes and realized that most of them used egg bread. I wasn’t so interested. I figured it really needed pumpkin bread. Then I started looking at pumpkin recipes and they didn’t look so good. I made this one up based on the things in the other recipes that made sense to me. Oh, and it is really good. More >
